Many People are Plagued by Digestive Problems

In our society, improper digestion, nausea, and upset stomachs are common issues that are mainly caused by an imbalance of gut flora.  To obtain the proper nutrients from our food we need to maintain a proper balance of stomach acidophilus.

Highly processed prepared commercial foods are a product of our society that does not help us with proper digestion. Now GMO vegetables, chemically processed foods, and hormonal meats have dominated the aisles of our commercial grocery stores. These types of foods are full of pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides that establish the growth of unhealthy gut flora and can cause candida( yeast) infections.   Also, whenever we take antibiotics it can throw off the normal balance of our gut flora.

In addition, the water we drink is loaded with chlorine. fluoride and other toxic chemicals. These chemicals further destroy the micro-flora balance in our stomachs that we need to maintain for proper digestion.
